6. I have already registered; how do I set-up other users to be able to log-in &order within my account?
To set-up other users, firstly login to your account and then visit the 'Your Users' tab where you will be able to create (and edit) users.
Note: This is only available to those with super-user permissions.
7. My account has been de-activated, why is this and how do I re-activate?
There may be a specific reason as to why a super-user within your company has de-activated your user account. Please contact them directly to discuss as to why this has happened, and to request re-activating your account.
